2. Turn the mixer tap on next, which will release the pressure in the system, making the cartridge easily removable.
3. Now twist the cartridge and pull, which will make it come off easily.
4. Place your replacement cartridge such that it aligns with the cartridge lugs.
5. Give it a push and twist it, which will make it lock-in.
6. Turn your water back on and let it flow for a couple of minutes, to activate the new cartridge.
7. If your filter is the premium type, you need to turn off the separate tap instead of the mixer tap, to relieve the pressure on the system. All the other steps remain the same.
